Can I qualify for Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Yes, however you cannot repeat a free perk across tiers. For example, if you choose free thumbnails for Tier 1, you will need to choose a different reward for Tier 2 or 3.
How will I know when my 3-month window has started?
We will send you an official email confirming the milestone. Your 3-month window begins from the start of your next billing cycle after that email.
What if my referral clears all three tiers?
You get to pick three different free perks, one for each tier, and the 10% discount from Tier 3. Each perk must be a different choice from the rewards menu. Tier 1 still requires two people to complete an initial call.
What if I don't want to choose any of the free perks?
That is entirely your choice, but it doesn't hurt to try something for free and find out whether it adds value for you. The perks are there whenever you are ready.
When should I tell you about my perk choice?
Ideally at least one week before your billing cycle starts, so we have enough time to make the right arrangements on our end and deliver it properly from day one of your cycle.
How does my friend use my code?
They mention it when they book their intro call. Our team logs it so you get the credit.
What counts as a referral?
For Tier 1, a call counts once the intro call has happened, whether or not it leads to work. Two friends must complete a call. For Tier 2 and 3, the friend needs to complete a project or start a monthly retainer.
Can I earn more than one tier?
Yes. A friend can count toward all three tiers, but Tier 1 needs two friends. You pick a different perk for each tier, plus the 10% discount at Tier 3.
How will I know my 3-month window has started?
We email you to confirm the milestone. Your 3 months start from your next billing cycle after that email.
When should I tell you my pick?
At least 1 week before your next billing cycle starts, so we can set it up properly from day one.
Can I skip the free perks?
Yes. Just remember each reward needs to be claimed within your 3-month window.
